Villanova and Temple haven't met on the football field since 1980, and renewal of the rivalry in their game tomorrow has several things to recommend it, not least that it'll be played in the new Lincoln Financial Field.



A bit warm for football still, of course, and Saturday in Philadelphia will be a day of brilliant sunshine and cloudless skies. Not yet autumn's crispness, but seats close to midfield. I'm looking forward to it.
