A Moment ... From A Child



And it's both rebuke and bitter irony that the child has been named Samuel. Reminders like this are themselves a call from God and it is we who need to respond as did the first Samuel.



1Sa 3:10: And the LORD came, and stood, and called as at other times, Samuel, Samuel. Then Samuel answered, Speak, LORD, for thy servant heareth.
