The Washington Post tries to box above its weight class today in its denunciation of Justice Antonin Scalia's article on the moral basis of capital punishment, God's Justice and Ours.



And Justice Scalia's article was printed in the May issue of First Things. It's not clear why the Post's reaction comes almost four months later. The time doesn't seem to have been spent in trying to understand his argument.
